Please make plans to come by the school to complete registration forms for your child(ren). This is for all NEW and RETURNING students. Office staff will be available during the following time frames to assist you in completing the registration process. Please bring updated immunization forms if needed. We should have on record your child’s birth certificate, EED, and immunization form. We will have people available during OPEN HOUSE to assist with some of these forms if you still need to acquire them. Additionally, we will need a copy of the front page of your 1040 tax return form in order for your child to get his/her GA Goal Scholarship.
