Hello Truth Spring Families!

We are cranking up for another exciting school year at Truth Spring Academy.  Thank you so much for allowing us to serve you and your children this year.  

School this year will be held at our normal location at 3408 5th Avenue.  Our wonderful building team and architect have figured out how we can stay on campus while our beautiful new building is being built and we are so grateful!

Registration will be happening this week on Tuesday August 3, Wednesday August 4 and Thursday August 5 from 9:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 3:00pm.  Please stop by to fill out your child’s yearly registration paperwork.  

Below is a list of all required documents to be collected from parents:

• Copy of the child’s birth certificate

• Copy of last year’s Tax Return

• Updated Immunization Record

• Copy of the child’s Social Security Card

• Copy of any and all Legal Documents (custody orders, power of attorney, etc.) if applicable

• Copy of Most Recent Report Card for new students (Not Required For Kindergarten Applicants)

• Completed School Registration Packet

• Transportation, Media, & Field Trip Release Form

• Records Release Form (Not Required For Kindergarten Applicants)
